Job description

Job Title: Senior Python/AI Developer
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented professional to join our team in designing and building an advanced Agentic Platform leveraging AI and automation. Our team focuses on collaborative development of innovative internal solutions that drive business impact and deliver intelligent, data-aware user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement fault-tolerant production systems using Python and AI/ML technologies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and designers to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Develop APIs and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance automation capabilities.
  • Contribute to agile development processes and provide technical expertise in LLM-based system design.

Required:

  • Strong expertise in Python programming.
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
  • Ability to design production systems that are fault tolerant.
