Seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Unix Python and production support to manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure and applications
Job Description
Proficient in Unix operating systems and scripting Strong knowledge of Python programming and package management using Pip Experience with SMTP protocol for email services Familiarity with Autosys job scheduling and automation tools Understanding of Load Balancers and FDNS Fully Qualified Domain Names for network and traffic management Knowledge of digital certificates and their management Proven experience in Production Support environments ensuring system stability and incident resolution
Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor and support Unixbased systems and applications Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency Manage email services using SMTP and troubleshoot related issues Schedule monitor and troubleshoot jobs using Autosys Configure and maintain Load Balancers and FDNS settings to optimize network traffic Handle certificate installation renewal and troubleshooting Provide timely production support including incident management and root cause analysis Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure high availability and performance of IT services
