Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Lead for a cloud-based software development project. The ideal candidate will supervise an established development team and guide them throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring adherence to project management standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive the success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide the development team, ensuring all project deliverables meet accuracy and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with project management to maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as a liaison between agency leadership and technical teams, providing project status updates.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or risks promptly.
  • Mentor junior developers while promoting coding best practices and maintaining high code quality.

Required Technical Skills:

  • 10+ years as a Technical Lead on large-scale IT projects.
  • Extensive expertise in Azure Cloud Services (Azure AppServices, Azure Functions, etc.).
  • Proficient in programming languages (C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservice architecture, and serverless computing.
