Role: Technical Lead (Python)
Role Summary
Responsible for managing technology in complex projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, enhancing technical capabilities and improving overall productivity.
  2. Conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, ensure performance optimization, and implement best practices and coding standards for successful delivery of complex projects.
  3. Ensure process compliance within assigned modules and participate in technical discussions/reviews as a consultant for feasibility studies, including evaluation of technical alternatives, package selection, adherence to architecture best practices, risk identification, component breakdown, and effort estimation.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; prepare and submit status reports to minimize risks, address escalations, and ensure timely project closure.
