Job Summary:
- Serve as a senior-level engineer specializing in Slack Enterprise Grid, Google Workspace, Exchange Hybrid, and SaaS integrations.
- Administer and support large enterprise environments, focusing on collaboration platforms and enterprise governance.
- Design and implement automation solutions using Slack APIs, Google APIs, OAuth, Webhooks, Python, Apps Script, and REST integrations.
- Lead and support enterprise migrations, M&A consolidations, identity synchronization, federation, and compliance troubleshooting.
- Oversee and enforce SCIM, SAML/SSO, eDiscovery, DLP, Legal Hold, Retention Policies, Audit & Compliance, and Enterprise Security Controls.
- Integrate and automate SaaS platforms to optimize enterprise collaboration workflows.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders, providing expert guidance on collaboration and governance best practices.
- Utilize and administer technology stack including Slack Enterprise Grid, Google Workspace Enterprise, Microsoft Exchange Hybrid, Okta or Entra ID, PowerShell, Python, Google Apps Script, and Enterprise IAM solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance, workflow governance, and security within enterprise environments.
- Preferred candidates hold relevant certifications (Slack, Google Workspace), have Fortune 100 / FAANG experience, and possess strong executive-facing communication skills.
