By giving clinicians their time back, the platform helps home health organizations deliver better care to older adults who want to remain at home.

They're now hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to scale the core services that power the platform and build new Generative AI / LLM-driven workflows clinicians will rely on every day.

The Role

This is a backend-heavy role for an engineer who enjoys solving real production problems: scalability, reliability, data integrity, and building practical AI-enabled workflows that directly support patient care.

What You'll Do

  • Ship complex backend services using FastAPI with MongoDB and/or Postgres
  • Build APIs and infrastructure that interface with LLMs and Generative AI models
