Must Have Skills

• Experience supporting test automation environments and test execution activities

• Strong system troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on experience with Android and iOS devices, including setup, configuration, testing, and debugging

• Experience troubleshooting USB connectivity, device recognition, drivers, hubs, and peripheral devices

• Solid understanding of network troubleshooting, including IP addressing, DNS, routing, connectivity, and Wi-Fi issues

• Experience working with Windows and macOS systems

• Experience collecting logs, reproducing issues, and documenting findings

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple troubleshooting activities simultaneously

Nice to Have Skills
