Job Title: Front Office Automation Tester

Job Experience Level: Senior (10+ Years)
Work Location Expectations: Hybrid, Charlotte, NC
Term: 12 Months( Possibility of extension)

Summary: Responsible for designing and executing automated test scripts to validate the functionality and performance of trading and financial front office applications. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated test cases for front office systems including trading platforms, order management systems, or market data feeds. Collaborate with front office users, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and testing priorities. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure application stability and accuracy. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues. Ensure test coverage aligns with business processes and compliance requirements. Document test plans, test data, and test results for audit and reporting purposes. 

Skills: Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks. Understanding of trading workflows, financial instruments, and market data systems. Strong scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. Familiarity with Agile development and continuous integration tools. Strong analytical and communication skills. Fixed Income and Derivative products experience: SWAP, CAP Floors, Swaptions, Bonds.

API and UI Automation experience. Trading system Automation experience - Sales and Trading workflows.
