Dpassement et dfis stimulants :

Sous la supervision du Chef de programme, le Dveloppeur en Automatisation Assurance Qualit travaillera dans un environnement dynamique inspir des mthodes Agile et sera amen participer activement au dveloppement de produits OPAL-RT. Il aura comme mandat de participer activement lvolution de nos plateformes de simulation en temps rel en suivant une approche de programmation pilote par le comportement (behavior driven development ou BDD).

Principales responsabilits:

• Collaborer troitement avec le gardien des requis, le propritaire du produit et les dveloppeurs dans le dveloppement de fonctionnalits .
• Mener la dcouverte, la spcification et le pilotage de produits OPAL-RT selon BDD.
• Rdiger et suivre des scnarios de tests, manuels et automatiss.
• Collaborer en quipe dans un environnement Agile.
• Implmenter, excuter, maintenir et documenter des tests automatiss (Python, TypeScript).
• Intgrer les tests dans lenvironnement dintgration continue (Jenkins/Groovy).

Exigences:

• Scolarit: Baccalaurat en gnie logiciel, informatique ou quivalent.
• Exprience: 2 5 ans dexprience en automatisation de tests et/ou dveloppement logiciel et/ou assurance qualit.
• Comptences requises:
  • Ralisation de tests dintgration et de tests automatiss (Python, TypeScript).
  • Exprience avec les technologies dintgration continue (Jenkins, Gitlab-CI,).
  • Connaissances des bonnes pratiques dautomatisation des tests et en intgration de lAI pour lassurance-qualit.
• Connaissances linguistiques: Franais obligatoire. Un niveau en Anglais avanc est requis pour la lecture de littrature technique disponible uniquement en anglais.
• Comptences recherches:
  • Autonomie, curiosit, bonne communication interpersonnelle, esprit dquipe
  • Capacit interprter des requis et les mettre en relation avec les tests.
  • Capacit investiguer et simplifier les bogues trouvs lors de lassurance qualit.
  • Intrt marqu pour les systmes de tests automatiss, dintgration continue et le travail en milieu Agile.

Atouts significatifs:

Achievements and stimulating challenges:

Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Quality Assurance Automation Developer will work in a dynamic environment inspired by Agile methodologies and will actively contribute to the development of OPAL-RT products. The role involves actively participating in the evolution of our real-time simulation platforms by following a behavior-driven development (BDD) approach.

Main responsibilities:

Closely collaborate with the requirements owner, product owner, and developers in the development of features.
Lead the discovery, specification, and guidance of OPAL-RT products using BDD.
Write and maintain test scenarios, both manual and automated.
Collaborate within a team in an Agile environment.
Implement, execute, maintain, and document automated tests (Python, TypeScript).
Integrate tests into the continuous integration environment (Jenkins/Groovy).

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in test automation and/or software development and/or quality assurance.

Required skills:

o Experience with integration testing and automated testing (Python, TypeScript).
o Experience with continuous integration technologies (Jenkins, GitLab-CI, etc.).
o Knowledge of best practices in test automation and integration of AI for quality assurance.

Language skills: French required. An advanced level of English is required for reading technical literature available only in English.

Desired competencies:
o Autonomy, curiosity, strong interpersonal communication skills, team spirit.
o Ability to interpret requirements and relate them to tests.
o Ability to investigate and simplify bugs found during quality assurance.
o Strong interest in automated testing systems, continuous integration, and Agile environments.

Significant assets:

• Knowledge of the following tools and languages:
