Position Summary

We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy Agentic AI solutions leveraging the enterprise Data Lake and modern AI platforms. The role will focus on developing autonomous AI agents, integrating enterprise systems, orchestrating workflows, and delivering intelligent automation across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, AI frameworks, and orchestration platforms.
  • Build AI agents that retrieve, reason over, and act on enterprise data stored in the Data Lake.
  • Develop RAG solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
  • Integrate AI solutions with ERP, CRM, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, APIs, and databases.
  • Design secure automation workflows for approvals, journal entries, document processing, and operational processes.
  • Develop Python services, REST APIs, and event-driven integrations.
  • Implement monitoring, guardrails, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, Security, and Business stakeholders.
  • Document architecture, standards, and reusable AI components.


Requirements:

Qualifications & Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years developing AI/ML or software solutions.
  • Experience with Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure OpenAI, or similar cloud AI platforms.
  • Strong Python, SQL, REST API, and Git skills.
  • Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with Data Lakes, Spark, ETL/ELT, and enterprise integrations.
  • Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience integrating SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or other ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and automation tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.
  • Exposure to multi-agent systems and workflow orchestration.
