Title: Python Developer
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Contract - 12 months
Bilingual Spanish:
  • All candidates must be bi-lingual Spanish as they are working with the Latin America office of the client, Uber.
Summary:
  • The Python Developer will work on integration of an in-house python application within a cloud environment.
  • The in-house solution handles all aspects of 1099 form filing. Further enhancements are needed for spring of 2025.
Required Skills:
  • English and Spanish speaking
  • Expertise in backend development, preferably in Python
  • SQL knowledge (database architecture experience a plus)
  • Knowledge of cloud engineering (VPC, virtual machines, Linux, routing, authentication)
  • Experience with one of the 3 main cloud service providers (Azure, GCP, AWS)
  • Experience with Docker
  • Experience working with/protecting financial or other sensitive data
