Location: Jersey City, NJ / Dallas, TX / Tampa, FL / Boston, MA
Duration: 12+Months
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite per Week)

 Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Python Developers to join a fast-paced technology team responsible for building scalable applications, APIs, automation solutions, and data-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Python development experience, expertise in API integration, database technologies, and a solid understanding of software engineering best practices.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications and services.
  • Build, enhance, and support RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and support data pipelines, automation frameworks, and integration solutions.
  • Contribute to AI/ML initiatives by building data processing components and integrating machine learning services.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and development guidelines.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor application performance and implement reliability and performance improvements.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
 Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on software development experience using Python.
  • Strong knowledge of Python frameworks, libraries, and development best practices.
  • Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.

  • Strong experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and scalable application architecture.
