Job description

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated IT Business Analyst / Healthcare Data Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to support healthcare and pharmacy operations through data analysis, reporting, and operational insights.
This role is ideal for candidates who are actively working with SQL and Python/R to analyze healthcare-related data, create dashboards, track KPIs, and deliver actionable business insights.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Biological Sciences, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Reporting, or Healthcare Analytics
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • SQL
  • Advanced Excel
  • Python or R
  • Experience working with healthcare, pharmacy, claims, dispensing, or patient-related data
  • Exposure to HIPAA/PHI compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Key Responsibilities
