Senior AI / Python Solutions Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI / Python Solutions Engineer to build scalable, production-grade AI applications using modern Python technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and cloud-native architectures. The ideal candidate should have strong experience designing AI solutions, developing intelligent agents, integrating enterprise APIs, and deploying conversational AI applications in production environments.
Primary Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI applications using Python.
* Build scalable AI services leveraging Machine Learning, Generative AI, and LLMs.
* Develop intelligent multi-agent and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication solutions.
* Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using vector databases.
* Build AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and conversational AI platforms.
* Develop dynamic form-based applications for intelligent user interactions.
* Design and consume RESTful APIs and SOAP web services.
* Integrate enterprise systems, databases, and third-party services.
* Design scalable backend services and microservices architecture.
* Optimize application performance using Redis caching.
* Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineering teams.
