We are currently looking for an Analyst I/II Network Planning for our Owensboro, KY office.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Network Analyst I/II supports the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure. This role assists in ensuring network reliability, performance, and security by monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting day-to-day network operations. Working with technologies such as Cisco, MS Teams and Fortinet equipment, the analyst helps maintain connectivity and collaborates with team members to resolve incidents and support business needs.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Basic knowledge of routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)
  • Familiarity with network design concepts and best practices
  • Experience with Cisco network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
  • Exposure to Fortinet firewalls and VPNs
  • Ability to troubleshoot network issues in LAN/WAN environments
  • Understanding of network security fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs)
  • Knowledge of IP addressing and subnetting
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
