We are seeking a Product Engineer - Python AI, Senior Consultant helps build scalable software solutions and support the adoption of emerging technologies across the enterprise. This role will contribute to application development, AI-powered solutions, cloud-based architectures, and engineering best practices while collaborating closely with product, architecture, platform, and data teams.
The ideal candidate is passionate about software engineering, continuous learning, customer-focused solutions, and working in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering leaders and product managers to deliver technology solutions that support business and customer needs.

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Python and modern development practices.

  • Contribute to product backlogs by delivering features, resolving defects, and improving overall application quality.

  • Support the adoption of AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), vector database technologies, and related capabilities across products.

  • Participate in product discovery, technical design, and solution architecture discussions.

  • Contribute to Azure cloud-based solutions and help implement scalable, reliable, and secure architectures.

  • Support the continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, automation, testing, and deployment processes.

  • Collaborate with architecture, platform, data science, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Promote documentation standards, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Essential Skills 

  • 2+ years of software engineering experience developing applications with Python.

  • Hands-on experience with vector databases, scalable AI model deployment, and cloud-based infrastructure.

  • 1+ year experience working with AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) or related machine learning solutions.

  • Experience designing or supporting cloud-based applications in Microsoft Azure.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and modern software delivery methodologies.

  • Understanding of multiple distributed systems, cloud services, and modern cloud-native architectures.

  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 70,100.00 - 121,475.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
