They are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that drive business value and innovation.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models to solve business and operational challenges.
• Build, train, test, and deploy models using structured and unstructured data sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing applications and platforms.
• Develop data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and model evaluation frameworks.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
• Document solutions, algorithms, and processes to support knowledge sharing and maintainability.
• Monitor deployed models and continuously improve them based on performance metrics and feedback.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 7+ years of experience in IT, software engineering, data engineering, or a similar technical role.
