Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our AI engineers blend modern data engineering with applied AI to design and deliver intelligent, productiongrade solutions for clients. We turn enterprise data into AIpowered outcomes to support decisionmaking, automate workflows, and unlock new sources of value with AI.
In this role, you'll build the data foundations for AI and ship LLM features like grounded Q&A (RAG), summarization, semantic search, classification, and copilots. You'll set up evaluation and monitoring and use MLOps to safely deploy and maintain models and prompts across cloud environments.

Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
