The Opportunity
As part of the Operations Consulting team, you will design and build a next-generation analytics platform tailored for healthcare payers. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain exemplary standards while building meaningful client relationships and navigating increasingly complex situations. This role offers the chance to work alongside healthcare experts and data scientists, directly influencing client outcomes and contributing to innovative solutions in a dynamic consulting environment.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in software engineering or data engineering
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering preferred
- Experience operating dbt at scale on Databricks
- Prior work with healthcare analytics packages
- Designing CI/CD pipelines for Databricks Asset Bundles
- Provisioning Azure Databricks workspaces and managing isolation patterns
- Building Python CLI tools with argparse and YAML configuration
- Designing AI agent systems for development workflows
- Familiarity with corporate network constraints
- Experience with multi-cloud data flows

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
