Working in this area, you will provide guidance on implementing customer service technologies, designing service models, and developing customer-centric service cultures.
Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture or senior technical delivery roles
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering preferred
- Certifications including TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP, or security certifications (CISSP)
- Hands-on architecture experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers, APIs, event streaming and CI/CD
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Leading and developing technical teams in a collaborative environment
- Driving adoption of new technologies and innovative approaches
- Overseeing project lifecycle and managing budgets and timelines
- Providing technical guidance in system integration and cloud architecture
- Designing scalable and secure systems using modern patterns
- Continuously monitoring emerging technologies and industry trends

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
