Job description

We are looking for skilled individuals that have a keen eye for plants and the outdoors. With great communication skills to excite our customers about the service we provide.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair grounds in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
  • Maintain grounds in a way that meets the standards of your coworkers, supervisory personnel, and the general public.
  • Maintain plants by weeding, digging, planting, raking, pruning, and trimming.
  • Maintain grounds by planting flowers, bushes, and trees.
  • Perform basic repairs to the grounds on which you work.
  • Be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Be able to lift, push, pull 50lbs or more
  • Bending and kneeling for extended amounts of time
  • Maintaining grounds by mowing, edging, and fertilizing
