Your Impact as Home Care Supervisor/RN

You will serve as the clinical leader, mentor, and advocate, overseeing patient care while supporting and developing a highperforming care team.

Patient Care & Advocacy

  • StartofCare Excellence: Meet new patients, explain services, and complete comprehensive startofcare assessments.
  • Individualized Care Planning: Develop and manage personalized plans of care that respect medical needs, patient preferences, and family dynamics.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Regulatory Excellence: Ensure compliance with OSHA, and state licensure requirements.
  • Clinical Documentation: Maintain high standards for records, progress notes, and compliance reporting.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and initiatives that elevate clinical outcomes and service quality.

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations.

What You'll Bring

  • Active RN license in Maryland and Washington, DC (compact/multistate accepted)
