The Pure Wellness Chiropractic Clinic is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join our team in Hampton, Virginia. Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess patients referred by physicians to design and implement tailored treatment programs that address their unique needs and goals.
  • Document patient progress meticulously using electronic health record (EHR) systems while adhering to best practices in patient confidentiality and data management.
  • Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy modalities, exercise prescription, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation, to support patients' rehabilitation journey.
  • Demonstrate exemplary customer service, facilitating effective communication with patients, caregivers, and the broader healthcare team to ensure a cohesive and supportive treatment experience.
  • Participate in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and community outreach programs, aligning with our commitment to lifelong learning.
Patient Population / Client Focus

We serve a diverse patient demographic, including diverse specialties such as orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine. As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will have the opportunity to create positive outcomes for patients recovering from surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain. You will utilize a compassionate approach to connect with patients, encouraging them to overcome barriers to recovery.

Qualifications
  • Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
  • Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
  • Current state license in Physical Therapy, validated with relevant certifications.
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to relate to and educate patients effectively.
  • Proficiency in using electronic systems and software for documentation and patient management.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in treating various patient populations, particularly in orthopedic and sports medicine settings.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering evidence-based care that leads to measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
  • Ability to develop strong, trust-based relationships with patients, fostering a therapeutic environment conducive to recovery.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
