Our extensively trained BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and Technicians collaborate closely with parents to create tailored treatment plans that address the distinct requirements of each child.
Job Description
The Director of Billing will oversee and manage all aspects of the company's billing and revenue cycle operations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring accurate claims processing, timely collections, and compliance with payer, state, and federal requirements. If you have strong ABA billing experience, a background in managing billing teams, and a proven ability to optimize processes in a fast-paced environment, this position is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on our organization's financial success.

Requirements for This Role:
  • ABA billing experience is required
  • Three to five years of Experience with CentralReach
  • Lead and manage the billing department, including training and supervision of billing staff
  • Oversee the full revenue cycle process including claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections
  • Monitor billing metrics, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with payer regulations, Medicaid/Medicare rules, and state/federal requirements
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Develop, implement, and refine billing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and cash flow

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of medical billing/revenue cycle management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of ABA billing, coding, and payer requirements
  • Proficiency with CentralReach, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with precision and attention to detail
