Job description

Reporting to the Accountant, performs the following:

  • Generate and submit requests for quotes and purchase orders.
  • Track and fullfill purchase orders.
  • Document, track, and organize spare parts inventory.
  • Report physical inventory of supplies each fiscal month end.
  • Research and identify appropriate vendors as is needed.
  • Coordinate product delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as is necessary.

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year administrative experience, preferably with exposure to purchasing and/or accounting practices for an industrial organization.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products; Excel, Word, etc.

The target rate for this position is $25/hr. +, DOE We offer PTO, and a well above market benefits package; including a zero deductible health care plan.  A comprehensive background check and drug screen post offer is mandatory. We are a small company with an open office environment.
