Job description

At Federal Heath, our success is a direct result of our exceptional people. We are looking to add a talented and motivated Project Manager who shares our values of teamwork, commitment, integrity, and mutual respect to our Racine, WI team!
A Project Manager (PM) in the Racine Petroleum Services (RSC) department will be primarily responsible for the duties and activities outlined below. The PM must be capable of managing multiple locations simultaneously while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Create orders and process design and estimating requests in our systems
  • Review and interpret site surveys and code checks
  • Populate estimate worksheet and customer proposals
  • Work with expeditors or installers to obtain permits
  • Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors
  • Order in-house manufactured materials
  • Coordinate material deliveries, track shipments
  • Communicate and coordinate with Field Supervisors
  • Order and expedite missing or damaged materials to the job site
  • Review and approve job completion photos
  • Process A/P invoices
  • Maintain job costs
  • Create and manage change orders
  • Complete variance and warranty reports as needed
  • Process customer invoicing
  • Customer communications - updates, change orders, installation coordination
  • Maintain internal systems and customer spreadsheets
  • 5+ years Project Management experience or similar required.
This position requires a self-motivated, extremely organized individual capable of performing multiple tasks independently. This fast-paced, detail-oriented role requires a reliable, quick learner and a strong, committed team player who can drive projects to completion with minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality results.
The candidate must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, maintain consistency, and ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Additionally, the candidate must be able to think quickly, resolve issues professionally and in a timely manner, and remain calm under pressure. A proactive approach to problem-solving is essential for success in this role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Microsoft Excel, and must be able to successfully operate and manage multiple computer programs simultaneously.
