Otterly Baths is a fast-growing bath remodeling company serving multiple markets across Ohio, Kentucky, and beyond, including Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus, Lima, Northern Kentucky, Lexington, Louisville, Philadelphia, and Delaware. THE ROLE
Otterly Baths is looking for a Production & Purchasing Manager to lead our Production Department and own purchasing and procurement for all job materials company-wide.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Oversee the Production Department and its day-to-day operations
  • Manage purchasing and procurement of all materials and items needed for jobs
  • Coordinate inventory and shipping of materials to our 4 locations (New Carlisle plus 3 additional stocking locations)
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and suppliers
  • Set and track department goals and performance metrics
  • Manage timelines to keep materials aligned with production and install schedules
  • Travel occasionally to other company locations and to meet with vendors (minimal travel required)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience in a purchasing, procurement, or production management role
  • Experience in bathroom remodeling or home improvement/construction industry
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Inventory management experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting targets
  • Valid driver's license and ability to be insured to drive company vehicles when needed
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Ability to travel occasionally (minimal) to other locations and vendor meetings

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • $85,000-$100,000/year, based on experience
  • Bonus opportunities available
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • Monday-Friday schedule
