Job description

O'Brien Auto Team is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Internet Sales Manager to lead our online sales efforts and help drive dealership growth. This role is responsible for managing internet leads, overseeing digital customer communications and ensuring every online inquiry receives a prompt and professional response.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you enjoy building relationships, and turning opportunities into sales, we'd love to meet you.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to incoming internet sales leads from multiple sources.
  • Ensure all online inquiries receive prompt follow-up via phone, email, text, and CRM tools.
  • Monitor lead response times and appointment-setting performance.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop strategies that increase appointments and vehicle sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-focused buying experience.
  • Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience required.
  • Prior experience managing internet leads preferred.
