Job description

Interior Architectural Design Firm seeking a talented and versatile Expeditor/Purchasing Agent, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will be responsible for the following.

· Support Purchasing Manager in all Procurement activities.

· Manage and update project trackers to ensure deliverables stay on track through proactive follow up and attention to detail.

 Distribute weekly project status reports.

 Create POs in Studio Designer and update material status.

 Assist with POs by verifying accuracy of line details.  Review invoices and collaborate with Finance on payments.

 Vendor management.

· Track vendor orders and follow up on delivery schedules/ ETAs.

· Communicate with outside warehouse on inbound orders, delivery schedules, and Installations.

 Schedule travel for job site visits for the Design Team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Incredible attention to detail.
  • Self-motivator with strong organizational and intrapersonal skills.
  • An enthusiastic team player, problem solver, and great collaborator.
  • Experience working with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and diverse project timelines.
