The position is highly operational and requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes, and the ability to work efficiently with data entry systems and dashboards in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

  • Manage and track outstanding commodities related to the 6000 and 7000 global jets, adapting to increased order volumes and associated workload.
  • Focus on logistics related to the Environmental Control System (ECS), including air conditioning and cabin pressure control components, ensuring that all related parts are properly ordered and delivered.
  • Use Microsoft Office and Excel to analyze data, update tracking sheets, and maintain accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, and material flow.
  • Apply knowledge of logistics, supply chain processes, and transportation to optimize material movement and support production requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that material requirements are met and that the flow of materials to the end production location is coordinated effectively.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and material flow records to support traceability and compliance within the aerospace production environment.

Essential Skills

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems used for inventory and purchase order management.
  • Exposure to transportation coordination and supply chain processes across multiple locations.
  • Experience working with Environmental Control System (ECS) components, such as air conditioning and cabin pressure control parts, in an aerospace context.
