Coordinator, Inventory Control
POSITION PURPOSE
The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for recording and maintaining control of various types of inventory items purchased and produced.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile results with inventory records.
• Ensure quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct.
• Conduct analyses of inventory levels and coordinate with production and sales requirements.
• Investigate shipping discrepancies.
• Perform stock checks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.
• Other miscellaneous duties.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of related experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND BEHAVIORS.
• Ability to use and work effectively with ERP / MRP systems
• Proficient within Axapta, and MS Office Products
• Good understanding of supply chain metrics
• Detail oriented and able to perform detailed data analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organized with high attention to detail
• Commitment to putting customers' first, continuous improvement, and winning
• Able to engage effectively in a team environment
• Able to follow processes, make decisions, prioritize, manage time effectively, learn quickly, and have a sense of urgency
