Job description

We are seeking Inventory Control Associate to join IQVIA Laboratories at Indianapolis, IN.

Job Summary:
Support inventory operations by coordinating the efficient and controlled movement, storage, and replenishment of materials across laboratory and operational areas. Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure materials are available to support ongoing business and laboratory activities in compliance with established procedures.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Receive, inspect, log, store, and distribute incoming inventory deliveries
  • Maintain organized stock locations and execute inventory rotation activities
  • Record inventory transactions accurately using inventory control systems
  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment activities as required
  • Collaborate with laboratory teams, project managers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve inventory-related issues
  • Support cycle counts, inventory reporting, and inventory disposition activities
  • Manage purchase orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries
  • Prepare and coordinate inter-site inventory shipments and related documentation
What We Are Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 year of related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and inventory control systems
  • Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $31,200.00 - $64,900.00.
