Employee Type:

Regular-Full time

At Enbridge, we are committed to delivering safe, reliable energy while driving financial excellence and innovation. We are seeking a Specialist Supply Chain (SCM) Data & Innovation to join our team.

This role sits at the heart of Enbridge's digital transformation for SCM. You will take ownership of enabling the rollout, adoption, and sustainment of Process Orchestration capabilities across key supply chain use cases - including requisition intake and triage, guided buying, supplier enablement, and purchase order change order support. Your broad understanding of supply chain operations, combined with deep knowledge in process orchestration and digital enablement, will help drive efficiency and effectiveness across the enterprise.

If you are ready to contribute to scalable enablement practices that move supply chain from manual intervention toward guided, automated, and data-informed ways of working, this role is for you. Apply today!

What You Will Do:

  • Lead rollout planning and execution for Process Orchestration use cases across Supply Chain, including stakeholder readiness, deployment coordination, adoption tracking, hyper care, and transition to sustainment.

  • Act as a Supply Chain process advisor by translating operational needs into practical workflow, data, training, and change management requirements that support process compliance and user adoption.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams - including technology, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) sustainment, accounts payable, business stakeholders, and solution vendors - to validate requirements, confirm process impacts, support testing, and coordinate issue resolution.

  • Develop and maintain rollout materials, training content, job aids, communications, and adoption reporting to support consistent use across business units; analyze usage, defect, and adoption data to identify barriers, recommend improvements, and demonstrate value realization from Process Orchestration capabilities.

  • Champion continuous improvement of SCM processes, tools, and standards by identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, simplify user experience, and strengthen compliance - serving as a catalyst for change in mindsets and behaviors across the organization.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of progressively responsible and related experience in the supply chain management field, preferably in oil & gas midstream. For candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3-years of related experience is required (total of 9+ years).

  • Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influence, and leadership skills, with the ability to operate independently as a trusted advisor to leadership teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to innovate, take initiative, and effectively lead and manage change.

  • Strong business acumen and communication skills to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive results.

  • SCM-related professional certifications (e.g., Purchasing Management Association of Canada [PMAC], Institute for Supply Management [ISM]) and experience with Oracle Cloud, Maximo, ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, automation, orchestration, or Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled workflow tools are considered assets.
