Job description

We are GROWING and we need more great people to join our top-notch team working at Caroline's Pampered Pet Motel in Ozark, a professional pet care facility.

We are currently seeking flexible part-time staff. These positions do have the potential to grow into full time if desired, with availability for more hours. Past experience is a plus; however, no experience is necessary as we will train right individual(s).

To those applying: we want you to understand the work involved. Being a good dog wrangler requires lots of patience, a strong work ethic, consistent focus, attention to detail, and adaptability. This job involves periods of constant hands-on activity and high-energy play along with stretches of quiet and calm, cleaning, and customer service work. You will be part of a team providing a safe and happy place to play and work.


Our morning kennel shift runs from 6:30am to 11am-12pm.


Our evening kennel shift runs from 1:50 to 7-8pm with a 30 minute dinner break.


Please do not apply if you cannot work during those shift times, employees MUST be able to work weekends and holidays. 


We are our busiest when everyone goes on vacation or out of town to see family, so we need "all hands on deck" during peak & holiday seasons! This also gives the opportunity for students to pick up more hours when they are on breaks. Must have reliable transportation, as the team relies on you to be here and so do the pups!

Starting wage is $15-16, with raises upon completion of training packet. Only serious applicants should apply. Room for personal growth and advancement within the company is available for those that desire longterm careers in the animal industry!
