Experience with: 


Linux systems administration, preferably in an enterprise production environment with high availability 

Working with cloud architectures (AWS) 

At least one scripting language (Shell, Python, Perl, Ruby) 

Configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef 

Developing monitoring and automation tools 

Experience with one or more of Java, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, AJAX 

Experience with tuning Windows, Linux systems, Java VM's, Application services 


Knowledge of: 


Networking, load balancing, firewalls, HTTP, SSL, DNS, SMTP 

Security best practices, server/network hardening 


Skills in: 


Problem solving and trouble shooting
