We’re looking for a Punchlist Technician to join our growing Installation Team at SWE. In this hands-on role, you’ll take pride in your craftsmanship and play a key part in ensuring quality completion of home improvement projects, including windows, doors, siding, and various handyman services.

Complete punch list and service items for siding, window, and door installations
Perform light carpentry, painting, and minor electrical tasks
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates and answer questions
Follow all company safety protocols and quality standards
Accurately track time and job progress using digital tools
Contribute to a positive team environment
1+ year of hands-on construction or punchlist work
Customer service experience (2+ years preferred)
Basic proficiency with carpentry tools and jobsite safety
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
A positive, solution-oriented attitude
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfort working on ladders and outdoors in all weather
Painting: 1–2 years of brush and roller application
Carpentry: Beginner-level fixture/trim installation
Electrical: Installing lights, plug covers, doorbells
Mortar: Basic application per job specs
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Comfortable standing, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working outdoors
Must be able to use hand tools safely and effectively
