Position Summary
Pulse Hospitality seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to deliver an exceptional, guest-centric experience from arrival to departure. This is a full-time, shift-based role with an afternoon shift schedule. The ideal candidate brings Hilton or hotel front desk experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating smooth check-ins, helpful service, and memorable stays.
What You'll Do
  • Welcome guests warmly and check them in/out accurately, following hotel and brand standards
  • Provide information and resolve guest requests with a calm, professional approach
  • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed
  • Handle reservations, changes, and cancellations while maintaining accurate records
  • Process payments and manage daily front desk tasks with attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure readiness for each shift
  • Document incidents and guest interactions according to policy and procedures
