Remote candidates will not be considered.THE JOB / Senior Event Executive, Luxury Automotive Client

EXPERIENCES / Responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs.

We are seeking a Senior Event Executive to help implement premium hospitality experiences for the client's Golf and Tennis sponsorships. This role will primarily support a larger team that manages the client's many partnerships across the golf landscape including title sponsorship of a PGA TOUR event, strategic partnerships, and brand activations with other golf-related entities. This role will also support similar programming surrounding the client's sponsorship of professional men's tennis tournament. The Senior Event Executive will work closely with the Hospitality Manager, Golf Experiential Director, and Tennis Experiential Director to position the client's brand as best-in-class by curating exclusive experiences for consumers and internal stakeholders. This role presents a unique opportunity to work across multiple areas of hospitality programming and grow a network of connections within the world of sport. The ideal candidate will have experience in sports hospitality and has strong communication skills for guest-facing interactions. Experience managing tickets, transportation, and guest communication is a plus along with a working knowledge of the golf landscape as the role will be primarily focused on golf programs.

ย THE WORK YOU'LL DO

  • Assist with premium guest hospitality operations, including, but not limited to, managing guest lists, transportation plans, guest itineraries, ticketing, food & beverage service, and transportation
  • Manage gifting recommendations, ordering and fulfilment across all hospitality programs, keeping a pulse on industry trends
  • Support the development of deliverables and guest communications
  • Support planning and execution of activations related to the client's golf and tennis sponsorships
  • Use problem solving skills to address client challenges with impactful solutions
  • Support weekly status calls and other key meetings with both internal and external constituents
  • Serve as a trusted and reliable agency contact for clients, internal colleagues and brand partners
  • Supervision of temporary staff and trainee positions, if applicable

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 2-4 years of sports marketing/hospitality experience
  • Operational knowledge of food and beverage service, hotels, guest lists, vendor management, and transportation logistics
  • Experience with professional/amateur golf and/or event management
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced event environments
  • Passionate to make an overall account contribution
  • Excellent communication, writing and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and budget tracking
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel level: Moderate (20-45%)

This position pays $50,000, is overtime-eligible and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.
