ORDER PULLER POSITION OVERVIEWJoin the team at Sanwa Farmer's Market, where we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality products from around the world. We're looking for dependable, motivated Order Pullers/Order Selectors to join our fast-paced warehouse team and help ensure every order is picked accurately, safely, and on time.Key Responsibilities:Accurately pick customer orders using pick tickets and order specifications.Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.Maintain product quality by following food safety and proper handling procedures.Label, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment.Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory rotation procedures.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.What We're Looking For:Previous warehouse or order selecting experience preferred.Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and remain on your feet throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments when required.Dependable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Why Join Sanwa Food Group?Competitive hourly pay.Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance available after 90 days of employment.401(k) with up to a 6% company match after 6 months of employment.Holiday pay eligibility after 90 days of employment.Two weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) after one year of employment.
