Job Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager to join a dynamic organization in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud implementation initiatives while driving digital transformation. As a key member of the Project Management Office, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Project Management modules to orchestrate complex implementations, optimize business processes, and deliver measurable business value.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation initiatives, focusing on Financials, Procurement, and Project Management modules
  • Drive technical transformation through strategic planning, system configuration, and process optimization
  • Manage cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships to ensure successful Oracle Cloud deployments
  • Design and execute comprehensive project roadmaps using Agile and traditional methodologies
  • Oversee data migration strategies and complex system integrations
  • Implement best practices for Oracle Fusion module configurations and customizations
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful user adoption
  • Develop and maintain integration strategies between Oracle Fusion and third-party platforms
  • Establish robust reporting frameworks using OTBI and BI Publisher
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and performance requirements
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and architectural guidelines
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion implementation and project management
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Project Management modules
  • Experience with projects related to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs
  • Proficiency in projects related to Oracle Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP implementations and data migration
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and project management principles
  • Experience with projects related to cloud security configurations and best practices
