Job description

Judit Inc. is building a bench of consultants to support state and local government clients on financial management system modernization, process improvement, and ERP financial module implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support requirements gathering and process mapping for financial management modernization (budgeting, accounting, procurement, treasury)
  • Document as-is and to-be financial processes, controls, and reporting workflows
  • Support ERP financial module configuration, testing, and implementation activities
  • Help ensure alignment with GASB and public-sector accounting and financial reporting standards
  • Partner with finance leadership and IT stakeholders to validate requirements and system designs

Required Qualifications

  • Direct experience supporting public-sector financial management system implementations or modernization
  • Working knowledge of governmental accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting standards (GASB)
  • Business analysis, requirements gathering, or ERP implementation experience
  • Strong facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in management or systems-integration consulting serving state or local government finance offices
