T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. By the time you finish reading this paragraph, we will have produced two solar panels that will power American homes and fuel domestic AI. The Role
T1 Energy is looking to hire an Associate, Investor Relations to support the execution of T1's investor relations strategy and serve as a key operational partner during earning cycles, investor engagement, and market communications.
You will work closely with the EVP, Investor Relations and partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Communications to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant communication with the investment community.
This is a strong early-career opportunity for someone who wants exposure to public company reporting, capital markets, and executive-level communication.
What You'll Do
  • Support quarterly and annual earnings preparation, including presentations, script, Q&A materials, press releases, and related disclosures.
  • Analyze financial performance, operating metrics, analyst estimates, and peer trends to inform investor messaging.
  • Coordinate investor and analyst meetings, conferences, and executive briefings; track and synthesize investor feedback.
  • Maintain investor-facing materials, IR systems, and CRM databases.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Communications to ensure accurate, timely, and Regulation FD-compliant disclosures.
