Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Directly supervises all administrative and accounting staff.

Manages and monitors all fiscal accounting operations. Prepares statistical reports for all financial purposes.

Assist the Public Health Director by providing support and communications and acting on their behalf in their absence.

Explains policies, regulations, and operating procedures to employees, the public, and representatives of various private firms and governmental agencies.

Manage the day-to-day workflow for the administrative and accounting staff.
