Key Responsibilities
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis, to facilitate positive behavioral changes among clients.
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions that address a variety of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges faced by clients in the community.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and supportive counseling to individuals experiencing acute distress, ensuring effective management and guidance.
  • Design and lead psycho-educational workshops, including parenting classes and life skills sessions, tailored to the community’s needs.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate client case documentation, including progress notes and statistical data, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, both in writing and verbally, to ensure clear reporting and cohesive collaboration with other healthcare providers.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

  • A maximum of three years of relevant experience in clinical mental health practice.
  • Possess strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple case files effectively while adhering to deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits
