Medical Doctors Only Apply. A Psychiatry Physician General Psychiatrist practice is seeking a qualified physician for Atlanta, GA. This and other physician jobs brought to you by ExactMD.

Seeking a Board Certified Psychiatrist to join a practice in central Georgia just over 1 hour from Atlanta.  This is a Hospitalist position with expectations of education participation. The unit consists of 42 inpatient beds and is staffed by 1 Psychiatry Medical Director and 2 staff psychiatry Hospitalists.  Inpatient programming consists of an Adult unit, Geriatric unit, STAR (Stress, Trauma, Addiction, Recovery) unit specializing in the treatment of PTSD and a planned ECT service to begin late 2017.
This is an employment opportunity and offers a very competitive compensation and benefits package including health, dental and vision benefits, malpractice, CME and 401K.
Duties will include admitting, attending and providing psychopharmacologic treatment including detoxification and crisis intervention.
 Located just over 1 hour form Atlanta.
