The Role: Senior Quality Leader

Pay Range: $85,000 - $115,000

A Quality Leader will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for developing high-performing quality teams. You are responsible for driving the strategy, managing and leading a team of diverse employees, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians and engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture, grow each individual and the team.
  • Provide technical guidance and support, promoting continuous learning and development, incorporating education into growth plans
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members including monthly 1 to 1's and annual reviews.
  • Champion and foster accountability amongst individuals and the team
  • Drive PTI to have the best brand reputation in the industry

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement quality strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set project priorities and timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with quality related projects.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of quality projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time
  • Ensure the daily flow of quote to cash products is excellent
  • Coordinate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

Technical Expertise:

  • Educate yourself with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Drive the adoption of modern quality practices and tools.
  • Ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of the quality team output.
  • Act as a liaison between the quality team and other departments.
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Foster 2 way working relationships with cross-functional teams.
