This position offers a largely remote working arrangement, enabling therapists to balance their professional responsibilities with personal needs effectively. Additionally, we supply all necessary tools and a furnished office space should in-person sessions be required, ensuring a seamless therapeutic experience.

As an LCSW at our clinic, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy sessions tailored to a diverse clientele, ensuring that each session is focused on individual needs and therapeutic goals.

• Completing detailed notes and maintaining precise records of client interactions and treatment plans in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care.

• Managing ongoing appointment scheduling with clients and maintaining an organized calendar to optimize therapeutic time.

• Utilizing our billing service to handle insurance claims, eligibility verification, and client accounts, allowing you to focus on client care rather than administrative tasks.

• Engaging in regular supervision and collaboration with other therapists to refine therapeutic techniques and enhance service delivery.

Your practice will primarily involve working with individuals facing a range of challenges, including but not limited to mental health issues, grief and loss associated with hospice care, and relationship dynamics. Your expertise will be vital in providing supportive therapy to clients in vulnerable situations, contributing to their emotional resilience and overall quality of life.

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possess an active LCSW license to practice independently.
• Demonstrate professionalism and maintain therapeutic boundaries with clients.
• Show exceptional organizational and time-management skills, as well as self-motivation and self-sufficiency in practice.

While not mandatory, the following experiences and skills would be highly beneficial:

• Prior experience working with a diverse client population, particularly in hospice or end-of-life care settings.
• Significant training and expertise in couples therapy or couples counseling.
• A commitment to ongoing professional education and utilizing evidence-based practices in therapy.

We offer a competitive compensation package with an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our therapists benefit from:
