• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices, ensuring that each treatment plan is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to implement effective treatment strategies.
• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring clarity and accuracy to support treatment planning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team in regular meetings, promoting a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by staying current with the latest research and advancements in the mental health field.

This role involves working with a diverse client population ranging from adolescents to adults, each dealing with various mental health challenges. Clients may present with issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other emotional or behavioral difficulties. Your expertise will directly influence their journey toward improved mental health and well-being.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
• Strong understanding of solution-focused and evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems effectively in a therapeutic context.
• A collaborative spirit, valuing teamwork and contributing to a positive work atmosphere.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting or a strong willingness to learn how to navigate digital platforms for therapy delivery.
• Prior experience with varied therapeutic modalities is a plus.
• Knowledge of community resources relevant to mental health support in Oregon.
• Previous experience in a collaborative clinical environment.
