Job description

This is a full-time School Psychologist position atย Caesar Rodney School District.ย Caesar Rodney School District is a grade K-12 district with approximately 8200 students.
Individuals who are eligible or possess School Psychologist certification are encouraged to apply. Candidates must apply online.ย 
Out of State Candidates: An educator applying for a license in the State of DE with less than 1 year of experience will be placed on an Initial License.ย  Applicants withย one completed year of experience, but less than 4 years of experience will receive an Initial License.ย  The State of Delaware DOE may recognize standard certificates from all other states as a means of eligibility.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant must meet State ofย Delawareย certification requirements for School Psychologist.ย 





SALARY:ย  In accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules, with an additional annual amount of $5000 added to salary, based on experience and degree. Benefits package included.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Individuals must provide official transcripts, if applicable, updated resume, and three (3) letters of recommendation.
  • All persons employed by the Caesar Rodney School District are required to submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test.
  • Anyone offered employment is required to provide the following:ย  proper identification (Social Security Card and Driver's License), documentation of eligibility for employment in the U.S.A., completion of I-9 form, and completion of paperwork for the Delaware Child Protection Registry.
