Serene Steps Psychological Services is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.

  • Implement various therapeutic methodologies, from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to systemic therapy, to facilitate meaningful client progress.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing direct clinical social work services.
  • Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing coherent, individualized treatment plans.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
  • A firm commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and social justice within the therapeutic context.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a community health setting or with underrepresented populations.

Compensation and Benefits
